Hermès bucket bag model Mangeoire, black box leather

Charming Hermès Mangeoire bucket bag, in black box leather (calfskin), vintage - circa 1960.
The bag can be worn with a scarf (not provided), to be passed through the holes.

The shoulder strap has 2 positions and allows for 2 ways of wearing: hand or shoulder.
Gold Hermès Paris marking on the bottom of the bag.

Circumference (top part): 55 cm / Circumference (bottom part): 45.5 cm
Diameter: approx. 13.5 cm (bottom part) and approx. 17 cm (top part)
Leather shoulder strap length, worn on shoulder: 82 cm
Leather shoulder strap length, worn by hand: 45 cm
The 2 rings are approx. 1.5 cm in diameter so add 3 cm for the total length.

The leather has been recently renovated (hydration, color restoration) by an Hermès specialist leather craftsman.
The leather is of excellent quality, with a very nice patina and of course some marks due to its age: light scratches and cracks near the rings.
